Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Glow House is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Glow House is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lexusm1123@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
