At Glow House, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lexusm1123@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
